Refund policy

Refund Policy: Items must be received back no later than 10 days from the date you received your order. Please use a tracking number when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return. Items must be returned in their original condition. They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfume, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, etc.

Sale items: No returns accepted on sale items. All sales are final.

Desert Bronze Self Tanner: All sales final.

Jewelry: All jewelry sales are final, unless the item is damaged.

Shoes: All shoe sales are final and ship without the box unless otherwise stated.

Defective items: If you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by Email or Facebook within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions will be made.

Exchanges: We do not allow exchanges. Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will be available when we receive your return. We will not exchange an item for a different item. We recommend that you place a new order for the item you are wanting in order to guarantee you get it.

Refund Type: A store credit will be issued to the customer account.

Shipping Information:
-All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail provided. You can track your package at www.usps.com or ups.com

-Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Ordered placed on Friday or the weekends will go out the next week. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

- If your tracking says delivered, but the package is unable to be found please contact your local post office. Also, be sure to check with reception or the office if you live in a building with multiple residents. If your tracking isn’t updating, please contact your local post office and they can check the status for you. Be sure to check your tracking information to verify that it is entered correctly.

 ***We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.***

 *** IF a customer files a claim and the package is marked delivered, we have the right to press charges. ***

Once package is marked "delivered" if it’s lost, a claim needs to be filed with your local postal service. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible.  For other issues contact local post office.
